We look for

a Senior Consultant in Contract & Claim Management (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Support the project team in all phases of the project – engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction and commissioning.
• Applying your specialized knowledge such as disrupted construction, building construction time extension claims, etc.
• Analysis, drafting and negotiation of even very complex contractual provisions
• Control and documentation of changes and claims; determination and evaluation of relevant key figures; execution of target/actual comparisons
• Assumption of or support for tasks relating to schedule, cost and performance control
• Management of subcontractors
• Support of opportunity and risk management
• Operational management and support of own mandates as well as acquisition of new projects with assigned key customers
• Active recruitment, coaching and technical support of assigned Contract & Claim Managers
• Presence with external clients, partners and at networking events as well as in social networks and media

Your qualifications

• Ambitious personality with skills in Key Account Management
• Respectful, observant, emotionally intelligent, effective as well as assertive communication at senior and top management levels
• Interdisciplinary education, such as lawyer or engineer with good legal, commercial and technical knowledge
• Adept at dealing with different characters, nationalities and cultures
• Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
• Confident user knowledge of modern project management methods and MS Office
• Diligence, independence and a structured way of working are among your strengths
• You like to encounter the human factor and different cultures on a daily basis in your work environment
