a Partner / Managing Director (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Operational management of the business unit (P&L responsibility)
• Acquisition of new projects and management of own mandates with key customers
• Development of a growth strategy for the business unit in close coordination with the shareholders and the consulting team
• Active recruitment, coaching and technical support of assigned Contract & Claim Managers
• Presence with external customers, partners and at networking events as well as in social networks and media
• Continued development of systems and processes with the goal of further scaling the business
• Billable project work in own mandate as Contract & Claim Manager

Your qualifications

• Ambitious entrepreneurial personality with skill in Key Account Management
• Respectful, observant, emotionally intelligent, effective as well as assertive communication at higher and top management levels
• Know-How and experience in Contract & Claim Management across all project phases in large projects in the mechanical and plant engineering of the energy industry
• Specialized knowledge such as supplement management, building construction time extension claims, etc.
• Interdisciplinary education, such as lawyer or engineer with good legal, commercial and technical knowledge
• Adept at dealing with different characters, nationalities and cultures
• Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
• Successfully completed legal, business or technical studies
• Your strengths include a structured, reliable and analytical way of working
• You see yourself as a pragmatic, proactive personality with a solution-oriented approach
• Solid user knowledge of modern project management methods and MS Office
• Diligence, independence and a structured way of working are among your strengths
• You like to encounter the human factor and different cultures on a daily basis in your work environment
